Can I exchange my item?

At this time we are not able to offer any exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you’d like to return and placing a new order.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged item to [email protected] with your information and we would be happy to offer a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Where is my return?

Once your return package is on the way back to us the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment. Please note, if you would like to return a product make sure it is within a 30 day period.
